Till Klauss’ journey with Four Seasons reflects a steady progression through key operational leadership roles in some of the world’s most recognized destinations.
His career began in restaurant operations, in-room dining, and banqueting before advancing to Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in Damascus, Syria. From there, he joined the task force team in Prague for the opening of CottoCrudo, followed by the launch of the new Toronto flagship property in 2011.
Klauss later assumed his first Director of Food & Beverage role at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, where he strengthened culinary programming and guest experience strategy in one of Mexico’s premier beachfront destinations.
He was subsequently promoted to Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria, serving four years before taking on the same role at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza for another four-year tenure.
These dual appointments in Egypt positioned Klauss at the helm of complex luxury operations, managing high-profile international guests while elevating service culture and operational performance.
