AAA estimates that this year, 19 million Americans will set sail on ocean cruises – a delightful 4.5% increase from last year, when 18.2 million people enjoyed cruise vacations.

2025 is shaping up to be the third year in a row with record numbers of cruise passengers! The cruise industry has bounced back from the pandemic even more robustly than other types of travel, with a surge in cruise demand outpacing the growth of hotel bookings over the last two years.
