During my stay, I enjoyed a lovely king suite furnished with a plush bed, a handy desk, a comfy couch, and plenty of space to unwind. The bathroom is spacious and features a luxurious rainfall shower! Each room is designed with a warm, earthy color palette, accentuated by vibrant terracotta touches, all inspired by the beautiful landscapes and culture of Guanajuato.

Food and Drink

At Numu, you'll find two fantastic restaurants and two lively bars. Enrique is an excellent farm-to-table Mexican restaurant that serves a delicious "late breakfast" until 2 p.m. You'll love the San Miguel eggs, chorizo, and freshly baked pastries! For lunch and dinner, the menu offers a delightful mix of tapas, crudo, pasta, and tostadas to satisfy any craving.

Upon the rooftop, Noia takes dining to new heights with its Mediterranean-Mexican fusion cuisine and breathtaking views of San Miguel's historic downtown. The atmosphere is fantastic, and you can indulge in perfectly cooked steaks paired with creative cocktails. Plus, if you're feeling adventurous, you can take cooking classes with head chef Omar Tovar or learn the art of mixology with guest bartenders!
