Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest has announced the appointment of Alejandro López as Director of Food & Beverage, bringing nearly two decades of experience within the Four Seasons brand to one of Central Europe’s most iconic luxury hotels.


Located inside a historic Art Nouveau palace overlooking the Danube River, the property continues to strengthen its culinary leadership as Budapest’s dining scene gains global recognition.

Leadership for a New Culinary Chapter

In his new role, López will oversee the hotel’s entire food and beverage operation, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and event catering. His leadership will guide the continued evolution of the hotel’s culinary offerings, ensuring exceptional dining experiences that reflect both Four Seasons’ renowned service standards and the dynamic gastronomic culture of Budapest.
