McGinnis’s career spans more than 20 years in the luxury spa and wellness industry. From early roles in spa operations to leadership positions at Universal Companies, Spa Development International Consulting, and Innovative Spa Management, she has built a legacy of operational excellence and brand growth. Her entrepreneurial spirit and ability to build profitable spa ventures make her uniquely qualified to lead Joya Spa into its next chapter.

Wellness Experience Rooted in Innovation

Since joining Omni Hotels & Resorts in 2012, McGinnis has shaped award-winning wellness experiences across multiple properties. At Omni Bedford Springs and The Omni Grove Park Inn, she delivered exceptional guest outcomes and consistent revenue growth. As Corporate Director of Spa, she led 27 properties with a focus on team development, brand consistency, and service innovation—earning the Omni Ideal Executive Award for Innovation in 2018.
